Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Twins platform, websites, applications, and related services (the "Service") operated by Tawaem Information Technology Company ("Twins", "we", "us"). The Service is offered to beauty and lifestyle centers ("Centers") and to individuals who discover and book services through Twins ("Clients"). By creating an account, listing a Center, or making a booking, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of the Terms

By accessing or using the Service you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Service on behalf of a Center, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that Center to these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Service.

2. Definitions

The following terms have the meanings set out below:

  • "Center" means a salon, clinic, studio, or beauty/lifestyle business that uses Twins to manage bookings, content, and reviews.
  • "Client" means an individual who uses Twins to discover a Center and book a service.
  • "Booking" means an appointment for a service made through the Service.
  • "Commission" means the success-based fee payable to Twins on bookings that reach a Center through the Service.
  • "Content" means any text, photos, videos, reviews, or other material submitted to or generated on the Service.

3. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account. Centers must provide accurate business information and any licenses required to operate lawfully in Saudi Arabia.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. The Service

Twins provides an integrated system connected by a single link, including the Twins Dashboard, the Client App (iOS & Android), the Twins POS for reception, and the Specialists App. Together these tools support bookings, client-generated content, and reviews that can be reflected on Google Maps.

We may add, modify, or discontinue features at any time. We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

5. Bookings & appointments

Twins facilitates bookings between Clients and Centers. The contract for the actual service is between the Client and the Center; Twins is not a party to that service and is not responsible for its quality, safety, or outcome.

Centers are responsible for honoring confirmed bookings, setting accurate availability, prices, and service descriptions, and complying with all applicable consumer-protection and health regulations.

6. Commission & payments

Twins operates on a success-only model: there is no monthly subscription and no registration fee. A Commission is payable only on bookings that reach a Center through Twins.

The applicable Commission percentage varies by package and service type and is agreed with each Center during the introductory session. Management tools, setup, and team training are provided at no charge. Either party may end the arrangement at any time, with no hidden fees, subject to settlement of amounts already due.

7. Cancellations, no-shows & refunds

Cancellation, rescheduling, no-show, and refund rules are set by each Center and shown at the time of booking. Clients should review these rules before confirming.

Any amounts collected through the Service are handled according to the relevant Center's policy and applicable law. Disputes about a service should first be raised with the Center.

8. Reviews & user content

Clients may submit reviews, photos, and videos about their experience. You retain ownership of your Content but grant Twins and the relevant Center a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and reproduce that Content to operate and promote the Service, including reflecting reviews on Google.

Content must be truthful, lawful, and based on a genuine experience. We may remove Content that is misleading, offensive, infringing, or otherwise in breach of these Terms.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose;
  • post false reviews, manipulate ratings, or impersonate another person or business;
  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or interfere with its operation;
  • scrape, copy, or resell data from the Service without our written permission;
  • upload viruses or malicious code.

10. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, brand name, and logo, is the intellectual property of Tawaem Information Technology Company and is protected by law. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

11. Third-party services

The Service integrates with third parties such as Google Maps and the Apple App Store and Google Play. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms, and Twins is not responsible for third-party platforms.

12. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Twins does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

To the extent permitted by law, Twins is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for the conduct, services, or content of any Center or Client.

13. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these Terms, create risk or legal exposure, or use the Service in a way that harms others. You may stop using the Service at any time.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date and, where changes are material, provide reasonable notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
